Pregnancy Support Group at Many Mothers

Wednesdays - 11:00 am - 12:00 pm FREE

Free drop-in sessions every Wednesday. Connect with other expecting parents and share in the highs, lows, excitements, and anxieties of your pregnancy journey.

Infant Nervous System & Attachment Support

Thursdays, 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm, FREE

This FREE group is to provide a safe space to support both infants (0-12 months) and their caregivers’ nervous system regulation and attachment to gain an understanding of how they impact their infant’s developing attachment system and nervous system resiliency.

The group consists of somatic exercises, gentle movement, education, group processing, art, and writing exercises.
